As the Director of Client Relations at Stratos Wealth Partners, I work closely with our financial advisors to create and maintain client accounts, develop, and implement new processes, and manage our CRM system. I also provide client support, oversee compliance items in the office, handle check deposits, investigate lost money sources, and update and create client reports. Additionally, I take pride in training and assisting new employees and interns, ensuring they are well-equipped to contribute to our team’s success.
With over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have honed my skills in client relations and problem-solving. I love putting the pieces together to help create financial plans that suit our clients’ needs. The fast-paced environment of this industry keeps me energized, and I thrive on the constant changes and challenges it presents. Building strong relationships with our clients and treating them like family is what sets my service apart. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and hold an Illinois Notary certification. My background has equipped me with the tools to excel in my role, and I cherish the opportunity to collaborate with my team, our clients, and in an independent environment.
Originally from Elmhurst, Illinois, I now reside in Joliet with my husband, Rory, and our son, Gavin, who is currently in college. I was previously involved with the Joliet Jaguar Hockey Club, where I managed my son’s hockey team and served as an advisor to the board for various fundraising events. In my free time, I love to cook and recently participated in Carla Hall’s Favorite Chef competition. Although I did not make it to the final stages, it was a wonderful experience. I also enjoy golfing with my husband and son and cherish spending time with family and friends.
