Meet Vanessa - Director of Client Relations

Vanessa Eddy has been assisting clients with Kevin Nix since 2012 and treats each one like extended family. She met Kevin when her father passed away and she was helping her mother with her legacy.

“People don't really appreciate that we can help with their legacy,” said Eddy. “It is important for me to pass that on to our clients because I experienced it firsthand.”

Vanessa proudly describes herself as a tenacious money hound. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to finding clients hidden money and how to find it.

Kevin is the face of the company, guiding clients to wise financial decisions, while Vanessa is happy to handle the back-end work; processing paperwork, investigating lost money, updating statements, managing applications, and completing move money requests, all while keeping a personal touch.

She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and lives in Joliet with her husband, son and dog, Rosalie. A self-described “hockey mom,” in her spare time you can find her at an ice rink cheering on her son and helping manage his team. She sits on the board as the advisor to the fundraising committee.

Vanessa also loves to cook, and if you ask, she will share with you her recipe for the perfect tamale.
